I remember my lib lawyer friends suddenly coordinating on the same story a few hours after the leak, that it was probably a conservative who leaked the decision to make it hard on possible conservative defectors. At the time I wondered if all the libs were all on a mailing list together, but I now believe that it must be some sort of telepathic field that keeps them all in sync.
