she claims that she was discussing settlement in the "hallway" (which they do in this Court, small claims type of court), and the lawyer "hit" her. Lawyer claims that she brushed the papers that the defendant was holding. Bailiffs later told me that there was no way the lawyer hit her. Like actual tears in court trying to tell the judge what happened, poor lawyer wasnt allowed to talk at all lol
